I would say in some scenarios : yes . However in most case scenarios :no . Why? Because lets face it no idea is original ;ever and most people are only into art because of obvious capital, prestige, and monetary gain.
the only art that is made out of pure thought, for no money nor personal fame is: “graffiti” or what I like to call “bathroom stall art”.
